At Amar Hari, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel an order under the following conditions:
• The order has not yet been processed or shipped
• The cancellation request is made shortly after placing the order
Once the order has been packed, processed, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order:
Open the Amar Hari app
Go to My Orders
Select the order you want to cancel
Tap on Cancel Order
Alternatively, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is successful:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time may take 3–7 business days
Cancellation by Amar Hari
In rare cases, Amar Hari may cancel an order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Delivery issues
• Suspected fraudulent activity
If this happens, customers will receive a full refund.
